Journey, scheduling & safer sites
  • ImprovedJourney, unified: the journey and milestone views are now one place, with a single card per patient however many rooms their day runs through, and a clear step-by-step view of multi-stage cases.
  • NewLaterality safety: left, right or bilateral is captured up front for every procedure that needs it, and read back to the team at time-out, always spelled out in full.
  • ImprovedOne-tap safety checklists: complete a checklist in a single tap, with the critical procedure-and-site confirmation kept as a deliberate step, and re-open a checklist whenever you need to revisit it.
  • NewRota & staff availability: build the week from a template, with planning that warns (never blocks) when someone is off-rota or already busy.
  • NewPersonal profiles: see your own activity and case mix, with a copyable summary for CPD. Your record, not a ranking.
  • ImprovedA richer drug calculator: infusion rates, fluids and an emergency sheet, all worked live from the patient's weight.
  • ImprovedFaster analytics: the operational dashboard now loads section by section for speed, with clearer breakdowns and export.
  • ImprovedCoordinator planning: see a patient's other blocks at a glance across the board, and fix a missing detail straight from the case card.

Safety, insight & accessibility
  • NewClosing-case alerts: when a case reaches its closing milestone, the coordinators get a heads-up so the next step (recovery, imaging or handover) is ready in time. It shows live on the board and as a notification, and can optionally post to your team's chat.
  • NewCase summary export: turn a case's timing journey, team, durations, alerts and checklist completion into a clean copyable summary or a branded A4 PDF for your records. It's an operational log, not a clinical record, and never writes to your PMS.
  • NewAccessibility settings: dark mode, a colour-blind-safe palette, adjustable text size, a dyslexia-friendly reading mode, reduced motion and a calm mode, all from one place in the sidebar.
  • NewClearer status everywhere: each case status now has its own shape as well as its colour, so it reads at a glance and even in greyscale.
  • ImprovedAnaesthesia & Milestones: jump straight to a case from the home screen, search in-progress patients, and filter by In Progress, Scheduled or Completed.
  • ImprovedFriendlier date controls on the boards: quick Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, plus click the date to pick any day from a calendar.
  • ImprovedHover a case on the planning board to preview its details without opening it.
  • ImprovedThe drug calculator's patient-weight box now accepts free text and updates doses and flow rates live as you type.
  • ImprovedA refreshed homepage, plus bolder theatre times and clearer room and form labels across the app.

  • NewA public marketing site: landing page, product pages, changelog, contact and help, around the clinical app.
  • NewPer-clinic timezone, defaulting to the browser's detected zone when a clinic is created, so boards and the past-day lock stay anchored to where the theatre actually is.
  • NewClinic Settings: set your clinic name, theatre-day window and timezone from the Admin area.

  • NewGDPR patient-data erasure: an admin can anonymise a patient's identifying details while keeping de-identified timings for analytics, with a full audit trail.
  • NewManage milestone types and their tiers, and edit your safety-checklist steps, directly in Admin.
  • NewClick an empty slot on the planning board to schedule a case there or block the room off, alongside drag-and-drop.
  • ImprovedScheduling now snaps to clean 15-minute intervals everywhere, independent of how far you zoom the board.
